Knife scraping cloth is a type of advertising printing material. It is created by combining three layers of materials: PVC film as the base material, and optical fiber sticker between the double-sided PVC interlayers. Taking the shape of the design, pressure is applied by the rotation of the hot roller, and once cooled, it can be formed.
Four types of cloth bases are available: 320, 520, 530, and 550. Additionally, knife scraping cloth is divided into two types: outer light knife scraping cloth and inner light knife scraping cloth.
Inkjet Printing
Inkjet printing with high saturation, clear and delicate picture, and bright colors. It has good ductility, strong flexibility and a smooth surface with strong ink absorption. This unique property makes it widely used in large format, high-end fine commodity markets. It has stable, physical and chemical properties, mainly in anti-oxidation, acid and alkali resistance and severe cold resistance. The chemical properties also determine that it has strong ink adsorption, and it can adhere with high strength under the condition of oily or water-based ink.
